hi, nice to meet you

Meet Petite Plate Club (and Pip!)

When appetite changes on a GLP-1, the old way of eating stops fitting. Big recipes, big portions, big guilt. We thought: what if planning meals felt as light and friendly as the plates themselves?

Petite Plate Club makes cute, cozy, protein-first meal plans in tiny portions. We take the evidence-based basics people commonly hear about — prioritizing protein, choosing smaller meals, sipping water through the day, adding fiber gradually — and turn them into printable plans that are actually nice to use.

That’s Pip, our little plate mascot. Pip is here to remind you: small is good, gentle is good, and you don’t need to be perfect.
