FAQ
Is Petite Plate Club medical or nutrition advice?
No. Our materials are general, educational meal-planning inspiration. They don’t replace advice from your prescriber or a registered dietitian. Always check with your care team before changing how you eat, especially with diabetes, kidney disease, pregnancy, or a history of pancreatitis, gallbladder disease or disordered eating.
Are you affiliated with Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound®?
No. Petite Plate Club is fully independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or any pharmaceutical company. Brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe who our plans are designed for.
Will this help me lose weight?
We don’t make weight-loss or health promises. Our plans are designed to make protein-forward, smaller meals easier to plan and enjoy. Results and experiences vary from person to person.
How many calories are in the plan?
The 7-day plan lands around 900–1,050 estimated kcal and roughly 85–110 g protein per day, plus optional “hungry?” add-ons. Many people need more; your clinician or dietitian can tell you what’s right for you. All numbers are estimates.
What if I feel nauseous?
The kit includes gentle “queasy-day” swap ideas. But if nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or stomach pain is severe or doesn’t go away, or you can’t keep fluids down, contact your healthcare provider right away.
I’m vegetarian / dairy-free. Will it work?
Many recipes are vegetarian or easy to swap, and each card has a “my notes & swaps” area. Club members get dedicated swap guides.
How do I get my files?
Checkout is handled by Whop. Right after purchase your kit or membership unlocks in your Whop account (on whop.com or the Whop app), and Starter Kit files stay there for you to come back to.
Can I print it?
Some of it! The habit trackers, food log and grocery list come in a separate printable PDF (US Letter, with ink-saver versions of the trackers and food log), and the free Queasy Day Swap Sheet is printable too. The 7-day meal plan, recipe book and food-facts guide are view-only digital PDFs for your phone, tablet or computer. Printing and copying are turned off on those files.
How do I cancel the Club?
Anytime, from your Whop account under Memberships (or email us and we’ll help). You keep access through the end of your paid period.
What’s your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final, but if something’s wrong with your files, or you’re unhappy, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I share the PDFs?
No. Every product is licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files is prohibited (it’s printed on every page). You’re welcome to print the trackers, food log and grocery list for your own household.
