Terms of use
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of petiteplateclub.com and the purchase of Petite Plate Club digital products (“Products”). By using the site or buying a Product, you agree to them. [Business legal name / state to be added.]
1. Educational use only
All content is for general educational purposes and is not medical, nutritional or health advice. See our Medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Purchases & payment
Orders are processed by our third-party checkout provider (Whop), which handles payment, sales tax and receipts. Its own terms and privacy policy also apply.
3. Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally in your Whop account immediately after purchase. The meal plan, recipe book and food-facts guide are view-only PDFs (printing, copying and editing are disabled). The habit trackers, food log, grocery list and free Queasy Day Swap Sheet are provided as printable files.
4. Memberships
Club memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We may change membership pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply to a period you’ve already paid for.
5. Refunds
Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty or you’re unhappy, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund you at our discretion. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Personal-use license
Each Product is licensed, not sold, to the individual purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. The license is non-transferable. You may view the Products on your own devices and print the pages we provide as printables (habit trackers, food log, grocery list) for your own household. You may not share, forward, upload, resell, sublicense or otherwise redistribute any Product or account access, remove or alter the copyright and license notices, try to bypass the files’ print/copy protections, or use the content to create competing products. We may end access for accounts that breach this license.
7. Intellectual property
All content, illustrations, recipes and the Petite Plate Club name and logo are owned by Petite Plate Club. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petite Plate Club is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from use of the content. Check ingredient labels for allergens. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change. Contact: petiteplateclub@mail.grokbot.com.
